You may need to sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in before you see the credit in your account.The iTunes Store provides a warning message that asks if you are sure that you want to buy an item. This warning can be turned off. Mohamed, I have reviewed your account and noticed that the credit has been posted to your account. Please sign out and sign in to see the credit. To sign out of the iTunes Store, follow these steps: 1) Verify that you have an active network connection and open iTunes 2) Click the Account field in the upper-right corner of the iTunes Store window (this will have your Apple ID or account name in it) 3) Click the "Sign Out" button Note: When you are signed out, the Account pane will say "Sign In" instead of your account name. To sign back in, click "Sign In" and enter your iTunes Store account name and password. Your store credit funds should appear as expected next to your account name. Also, you can just use the Store menu to sign in and out of iTunes. To sign in, select "Sign In" from the Store menu. To sign out once you are signed in, just select "Sign Out". To view your account once you're signed in, select "View My Account" from the Store menu.
